Looking at the leaks, Warzone fans have been excited about the Season 3, where it is said they will be bringing back Verdansk and many classic weapons.
In Season 2, Raven Software delayed their new content in improving the quality of life and fixing many bugs. The mid-season update was given where they finally fixed the Mountainer Perk, revived the combat record and stamina bar and also added a new perk.
Warzone Seasone 3 date
The Warzone season 3 will be starting from April 3, 202,5 on Thursday.
Season 2 Battle Pass was pointed till March 20 release, but Activision announced a delay a month out now, alerting the fans that the developer needs more time to deliver the next good content.
Warzone Verdansk leaks
Looking at the leaks, it is said that Verdansk is set to make a return in the season 3 update. Even though we can say officially it is coming back, but all these leaks are pointing to the next season 3.
In the past, from March 2020 to December 2021, Verdansk was the Warzone main map, later ot was replaced by Caldera. Rumors were that the Black Ops 6 WOuld launch Verdansk as its main map for Battle Royal. But the developers changed the release window.
The map is said to be featured as Resurgence as just a game mode and yes, it will resemble the original 2020 version, where the stadium roof will be closed, players can still access the interior, and also the train returns. The Train Station POI will remain shut.
Classic Weapons leaks
According to CharlieIntel and The GhostOfHope, the classic Verdansk weapons will be arriving to the Warzone Season 3 update. Weapons such as
- HDR
- CR-56 AMAX
- Kilo 141
- Grau 5.56
According to these sources, we could confirm that Grau and HDR arrival is confirmed, but Hope said that AMAX and KILO might be false information to make a comeback.
These were meta weapons during that time, the majority of players liked this weapon, and now as they come back, it is going to give a nostalgia.
