Warzone New Battle Royale map, which reportedly was delayed a day, and players are blaming the last generation’s consoles.
It was a long time ago when Warzone introduced a new map. Area 99 was launched as Resurgence map back in November 2024, but Urzikstan, the last traditional map to be added, which was back in 2023.
Verdansk has broken the streak, looking at the leaks, the Warzone map will return in Season 3, which we also expect, which will start from March 20.
Verdamsk will be the same as what was launched before, just having some minor changes. This is good news for the veteran players who have been playing this game for a long time.
While some players also expect to have some new environment to explore during the Black Ops 6 life Cycle, but these plans were changed later.
Warzone Avalon Map Reportedly Delayed
Avalon is the new location, which was introduced in Black Ops 6, which is a fictional region set for France on the Mediterranean coast. There are many game maps like Citadel of the Dead Zombies Map, etc.
Avalon is expected to come late in 2025, which is alongside the next Call of Duty game. TheGhostOfHope stated that Avalon has a lot of potential, which is being postponed from the original 2025 release or it might change because of the Verdansk.
CharlirIntel also added that Call of Duty 2025 will be released on PS4 and Xbox One as per the sources. Still having a hand on the last gen is kind of a big decision, we can say the game is also in development for the old consoles too, this might be the reason too for not bringing two maps at once.
Looking at the post, many people shared their thoughts, many were happy, and some were on the other side.
Some people stated that supporting consoles which are 12 years old can be a problem, for the game to go on its full potential.
We can say this is not the first time the map has been delayed. The Ural Mountains were also rumored to be a map that was never released back in Call of Duty: Cold War and Las Almas, which never came to Modern Warfare 2.
Let’s hope that Verdansk is good enough to hold players over because it might appear that there will be a long wait until the next Mao arrives.
