Underrated Marvel Rivals Duelist is a beast & you need to use it

Namor has a huge base of superstars with lovely abilities. However, this character has a wider scope in Marvel Rivals, which has one of the lowest pick rates in the game.

Duelists are, in fact, the most popular class in Marvel Rivals. After all, who wouldn’t want to deal the most damage with minimal effort? Aspects other than success, such as their view, are greatly influential as a choice.

That said, there is a difference between the most picked characters and the most powerful. In Marvel Rivals, even though he has one of the lowest pick rates so far, this “beast” can absolutely wreck anyone you face: Namor.

Namor truly controls the Marvel Rivals meta, despite a low pick rate.

Namor now ranks 2.76% in the pick rate, appareling right at the second last spot in that realm. However, his win rate is 52.16%, surpassing even such top-picked characters as Jeff the Land Shark, Venom, and even some Duelists such as The Punisher and Moon Knight.

It’s quite evident through statistics that Namor has fallen through the cracks but could be extremely powerful in any battle. In fact, apart from Hela and Magik, he stands third in the win rate among Duelists.

Marvel Rivals Namor character

It is easy to recognise why Namor is so good once you get to see his abilities and damage. His barrier-summoning skills and flying led to fewer deaths. Monstro Spawn, on the other hand, allows him to add more units from which other enemies may fall; thus, the character gets ample opportunities for kills.

Not only does he come equipped with his ranged and melee trident for poor damage dealing, but he also has his ultimate which summons more allies by immobilizing ranged opponents so that both Namor and his allies can come in behind for a blow that will take the opposing team down.

With such dumbing-down because of how easy the character is to play, it is heartbreaking that he is not picked frequently.

And right now, he’s so powerful and underrated that they even took to social media to brag just how strong he is.
