Pokemon TCG has been at an edge where players are abusing the stall tactics used for cheap wins and players of the game are too upset.
Players of the Pokemon TCG were enjoying the release of the new Space Time Smackdown. While the new cards come to the game and the opening of the powerful decks is emerging.
To test the strength of the decks, developers kicked off the new PVP event and added the Space-Time Smackdown Emblem Event with a lot of rewards for succeeding battles, and players were quite happy about it.
While everything was on the positive side, there were a few things that came to notice after a while. On the subreddit, a post was seen where a player of Pokemon TCG Pocket complained of opponents taking advantage of the waiting timer and using it to stall out games and earn wins.
The new tactics are quite a bummer.
This strategy uses flooding the board with powerful basic Pokemon cards and forcing the opponent to wait and use the maximum amount of time during the move. Opponents need to spend a lot of time beating the less Pokemon before the game time runs out and to save themselves from the hazard.
As the game moved on, players started using these strategies again and again, which became quite frustrating. Many people complained that it felt like these were unfair because all they had to do was wait until the defense work was done; they had no option of attacking or using any other strategies.
