Black Ops 6 players were excited for a new secondary weapon, and recently the D1.3 Sector has been introduced.
Black Ops 6 has launched four standard pistols and two familiar launchers. Season 1 was spiced up by the secondary weapon category with Siri 9mm, which was a beast in closer combat.
But the weapons fell short on expectations and did not become a meta in this multiplayer game, the reason for that was the slow fire rate, which made it hard to stand against the SMGs.
Due to this, Grekhova remained as the only secondary weapon in the game. Season 2 Reloaded changed as it introduced the D1.3 Sector, which was a recharging blade launcher that was given to players after a long wait.
How to Get D1.3 Sector
You can get your hands on D1.3 Sector by earning 370,000 XP in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle event, which was started on February 27, 2025 and will go till Thursday, March 13.
You guys have time, to get fastest XP you can activate the double XP token and play the small map Moshpit or Bullet 24/7, it is easier to get highest elimination here, which can give more XP.
What is D1.3 Sector?
The D1.3 sector is kind of an odd weapon as it has only a Barrel, Magazine and Stock, and there are only just two attachments for it. There os not much customization, the blade launcher gives a hard push though.
This weapon gives damage up to 150 per shot, that too from a far range. There are two types of blades: Explosive and Ricochet Blades.
- Explosive Blades: these Blades are equipped with explosives which detonate on impact and have the highest damage in Scorestreaks.
- Ricochet Blades: Launches Blades that ricochet off the surfaces to deal damage to the enemies/
Explosive Blades reduce the weapon’s effective damage, fire rate and magazine size. Meanwhile, Ricochet Blades can bounce back from the walls and cause chaos, looking at the damage it drops from 150 to 75, which puts it in a tough spot.
The D1.3 Sector provides a fun change of pace, but the slow fire rate and the reload time make it difficult to use in Warzone as this game is a fast-paced action-packed game. If you are looking for another new weapon you can check out the latest Black Ops 6 Tanto .22 .
