In recent information regarding GTA 6, a Rockstar developer has given some predictions for the game that it might leave console players disappointed.
After the release of the short trailer, Rockstar has been quite silent about any information regarding the GTA 6. While Rockstar is not responding, there is a lot of speculation and rumours that are going around on the internet.
While everyone is so eagerly waiting, there are rumors that GTA 6 online will be sold separately, which is kind of weird as the game source is the same but you have to buy the online separately.
In a Youtube video, former Rockstar animator Mike York gave a few predictions regarding GTA 6, where he mentioned the framerate difference between console and PC. He stated that console players should expect the game to run at 30 fps.
30fps gameplay on a console?
It was expected that the game would run smoothly around 60 fps, while the current consoles are quite strong enough to handle such a large game. However, according to York, it is quite hard to play this game at 60 fps on a console. He mentioned that it is quite tough to pull off the game at 60fps.
He also mentioned that the 30 fps limitations can be improved by pre-launching and fixing the patches. The developers are trying to optimize the game where it should never go below 30 fps, but it can be bumped from 40, 41, or 52.
While Rockstar also suggests that its game should be played on PC to get the best and perfect experience. When the game launches for the PC it is quite sure that we could enjoy a smoot experience of 60fps with all the good graphics.
