Epic Games recently removed the Water Sprites from Fortnite after the players discovered a duplicate glitch that basically provided infinite health and shield gain.

Fortnite added Air and Water Sprites at the start of Chapter 6, with the former acting as a throwable updraft while the latter heals and provides shields.

After some time, these became players’ favorite itemsandat players even requested backbling versions of them.

In a March 25 update, Epic unceremoniously removed Water Sprites from the Game due to the duplicate glitch that some players had started taking advantage of.

Fortnite Account HYPEX said the removal of Water Sprites on March 25, they said the decision was came down to the infinite builds HP Glitch.

There was a clip on TikTok by relishty, where a user build throws one water Sprite and pick up another at the same time, the Sprite will be duplicate itself. The previously thrown Sprite wakes up as the player can pick up another and the repeat the process several times as the army of helpful little blue creatures.

We can say it is quite easy why the developers have removed the Water Sprites and the players could glitch their way into the infinite source of heals and shields.
