Fortnite player has been hit with the massive $175,000 penalty and the permanent ban and after losing lawsuit filed by Epic Game for cheating in a tournament. The legal battle began on the December 18,2024 was the Epic announced it was taking the player to court for using the both cheating software and hardware during the competitive Fortnite event.
