Release date revealed?
Yet there is no update on the release date for Borderlands 4, but it is confirmed that it will be released in 2025. It was said to arrive during the year 2026; the release has been pushed forward.
The CEO, Strauss Zelnick, said there will be a slight change, and Borderland 4 will be set to release in 2025. We can say delays can be expected as Take-Two is planning to release GTA 6, so it might be pushed forward again.

The first teaser of Borderland 4 was shown at the start of Gamescom Opening Night Live 2024, where they showed the upgraded art style as well as what Take-0Two has conformed to as a “new planet.”
Looking at the teaser, we can say this was the best look at the game during the 2024 Game Awards. Gearbox Randy Pitchford took the stage to announce the new game.
