All Marvel Rivals Season 2 Character Buffs and Nerfs

Marvel Rivals developers constantly added new things to the game, which included buffs and nerfs which will be live in Season 2.

Marvel Rivals boasts different heroes in the roster, each with their own unique kit and abilities. Similar to other games, this game also has changes to give the game some variety.

Season 2 is not out yet. At the time of writing, there are already plenty of things to look forward as developers have said.

Marvel Rivals Season 2 Buffs and Nerfs

Season 2 is set to give Mister Fantastic, Peni Parker, Rocket Raccoon and Scarlet Witch, with others. Doctor Strange will be adjusted, and strategists such as Adam Warlock and Loki will get nerfed.

Here are the details of nerfs and buffs in Season 2:

Vanguard

Captain America

  • They have reduced base health from 75 to 650.
  • They have reduced the value of living legend from 400 to 350.

Doctor Strange

  • They have decreased damage of Denak Daggers per projectile from 18 to 16.\
  • They have reduced the Maelstrom of Madness conversion ratio of Dark Magic from 1.3 to 1.2.

Hulk

  • They have increased base movement speed from 600 to 650.
  • They have reduced the cooldown time for Indestructible Guard from 12 to 10 seconds.
  • They have decreased the charge time for incredible leap from 0.7 to 0.5 seconds.

Magneto

  • They have increased the energy cost of Meteor M from 3100 to 3400.

Peni Parker

  • Cyber Web Cluster now has a chance for crit as they have reduced movement speed penalty while firing Cyber Web Cluster 40 to 20%.
  • They have increased base health from 650 to 750.

The Thing

  • They have decreased the Embattled Leap damage reduction effect for him and his teammates from 30% to 25%.

Thor

  • They have increased base health from 525 to 600.
  • They have increased the base movement speed from 600 to 650.

  • They have added a new effect: black Widow can directly shoot after releasing the second kick of Edger Dancer and later using the Electro Plasma Explosion.

Hawkeye

  • They have reduced the slow effect while the charging bow from 30 to 20%.
  • They have increased both of the instances of damage for the Hypersonic Arrow from 50 to 55.
  • They have decreased the energy cost for the Hunter Sight arom 3700 to 3100 and improved the draw speed increase from 1.35x to 1.5x.

Hela

  • Increased cooldown time for Astral Flock from 12 seconds to 15 seconds.
  • They have increased the Spell Field damage of piercing Night from 30 to 35.
  • They have decreased the cooldown time for the Soul Drainer from 12 seconds to 10 seconds.

Human Torch

  • Reduced attack interval for the fire Cluster from 0.6 seconds to 0.5 seconds as the launch time of the primary attack projectile has been advanced.
  • They have increased the cooldown for the Flaming Meteor from 12 seconds to 15 seconds and later added the new effect. After the Flaming Meteor 75, health will be gained immediately.

Iron Man

  • Slightly reduced the Iron Man hitbox size.
  • They have added 100 bonus health activating the Armor Overdrive or even the Gamma Overdrive, which will start to fall off 5 seconds later at the rate of 30 per second.

Iron Fist

  • They have reduced the Bonus Max Health gained for their recovery from 150 to 100, and later theory has slowed down the falloff rate of health from 25 to 15 per/s.
  • They have lower fixed the damage of the Yat Jee Chung Kuen from the 10 to 9, they have increased the percentage damage of the enemy Max health per strike from the 1.7 to 2.1%.
  • They have decreased the cooldown for the Kun-Lun from 12 seconds to 10 seconds.

Mister Fantastic

  • They have increased the base health from 350 to 375.
  • They have boosted the damage of Stretch Pinch from 60 to 65 and later 75 to 80 while in the inflated state.
  • They have boosted the damage stretch punch from 60 to 65 all the way from 75 to 80 while being in Inflated state.
  • They have added the new Flexible Elogation, where the enemies within the range suffer a 35% slow effect.
  • They have reduced the Elasticity gained from the Elastic Strength from the 30 to 20, Elasticity was provided by the Stretch Punch which is increased from 5 to 8.

Moon Night

  • They have increased the Crescent Dart projectile speed from 120m/s to 150m/s.
  • The Moon Blade has a new effect: Gain 25 Bonus health with each enemy hot, and up to 100.3 seconds and later, the Bonus Healrth stops, whichincreasesd the start f the falloff at the rate of 20 per seconds.
  • The speed up Moonlight Hook pull startup time and later they hit it from the 0.4 seconds to 0.15 seconds.

Scarlet Witch 

  •  They have removed the Chaos Control percentage, and the damage was increased from the fixed damage from 60 to 80/s.
  • They have increased the Chthonian Brust projectile damage from 35 to 40, and later they have spell field the damage from 35 to 40.
  • They have increased the cooldown of the Mystic Projection from the 8 Seconds to 10 seconds, later they have reduced the Phased state time from the 2 seconds to 1.5 seconds.

Star Lord

  • They have reduced the Blaster Barrage damage from 80 per second to 75.

Winter Soldier

  • They have increased the cooldown time for the Bionic Hook from 8 seconds to 12 seconds.
  • They reduced the base damage of Kraken impact from 100 to 80, the lower culling the threshold from 20% of the maximum health to 15%.

Startegist

 Adam Warlock

  • They have increased the cooldown for the Soul Bond from the 30s to 40s.
  • They have Karmic Revival and now they have restores 30% of the fallen ally maximum health instead of fixed 100 health.

Cloak and Dagger

  1. Later, activating the Eternal Bond, and the first three healing zones will no longer be calculated separately.

Invisible Woman

  • Decreased the shield value of the Guardian SHield from 300 to 250.

Loki

  • They have decreased the Regeneration Domain cooldown from 25 seconds to 30 seconds.

Mantis

  • They have reduced the base health from 275 to 250.
  • The effects of the healing flower and allied Inspiration which can be stacked , and later up to the maximum of 16 seconds.

Rocket Racoon

  • They have decreased the healing area of the Repair Mode which spheres from the 70 health to 50 health/s and later they have added new effect of time healing of 55 health to the allies to hit.
  • They have extended the cooldown for the Jetpack Dash from the 6 seconds to 10 seconds they have reduced the dash distance from the 10 meter to 8 meters.

With Emma Frsot being added to the roster at the beginning of Season 2, and late, they will certainly be interested to see how the new meta is going to look, especially combined with the changes.
