The Phasma Blasters Medallion can be obtained by finding and defeating Captain Phasma, who can be found at the First Order base. The main thing for defeating is to stormtroopers first, as they will make it easier for the player to shoot.
If you are playing solo, you need to use lot of cover and always need to have good weapons. Once the stormtroopers are gone, she will be vulnerable and that is the time to take her down.
How to get Super Shield Medallion
To get Super Shield Medallion in Fortnite, you need to defeat the Shogun X boss, who is located at the floating island, which appears in the mid-way in every Battle Royale match.
