League of Legends patch 25.14 notes: Kled rework and Yunara abilities 

The MSI 2025 patch 25.13 is bringing some real, substantial changes to League of Legends. What is to expect from the big mid season patch. It is rare that the League of Legends of new champions these days, with the team generally more focused on balancing character which is currently in the game the creating new ones. 

Enter Yunara a true auto attack on the focused ADC, is the first one we have had in years. The most modern ADC having a focus on abilities, she has true return from the players who are like rewarded for the right clicking well.

We do not know the full change list, we do not know that the Yunara and Kled changes to look like. There are lot of already in comparison to 25.13 very light changlist.

Yunara: Full abilities and stats

The base Stats:

Passive:Vow of First Lands

Yunara critical strikes deal 10% bonus magic damage.

Q:Cultivation of Spirit

Passive: Yunara basic attacks deal bonus magic damage on hit. The cultivation of spirit in inactive, her basic attacks on attack also generate a stack of unleash for 6 seconds, refreshing on subsequent attacks, stacking up to 8 times, and the increased to 2 generated the target was the champion. Stacks expire by one every 0.5 seconds.

  1. Passive bonus magic damage: 5/10/15/20/25

Active: Yunara unleashes the inner potential for 5 seconds: gaining bonus attack speeed, dealing the additonal bons magic damage on hit, and also empowering her basic attacks to have the significantly faster missile speed and the spread to all the enemies mear the target, and the dealing 30% AD physical damage.

W1: Arc of Judgement

Active: Yunara launches of spinning prayer bead in the target direction which is briefly grants sight for the surrounding as it was travel and lingers upon contact with the enemy for the 1.5 seconds, slowing down the missile speed significatly and the resetting the remaining duration. Upon reaching maximum range, it will linger down the missile speed significatly and resetting the remaining duration. The reaching maximum range, it will go for another 1 second- regardless of the target being hit. The initial hit against each of the enemy deals magic damage and slows the target by the 99% decaying over the 1.5 seconds.

  1. Initial magic damage: 5/30/55/80/105
  2. Subsequent magic damage: 1.25/5/8.75/12.5/16.25

W2: Arch of Ruin

Active: Yunara fires for a beam of spirit magic in the target of the direction which deals 50/150/250 magic damage to enemies hit and also slows them by 99% decaying over 1 second, as well granting sight of surrounding area.

E1:Kanmei Steps

Yunara becomes ghosted and gains bonus movement speed decaying few seconds. The movement speed increased in effectiveness by 50% she is also facing nearby visible champion.

  1. Bonus movement speed: 50/55/60/65/70%
  2. Bonus movement speed duration: 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds

E2: Untouchable Shadow 

Active: Yunara dashes in the target direction. 

R: Transcend One Self

Passive: Arc of Ruin base damage and Untouchable Shadow dash speed scale with the Transced One Self rank.

Active:  Yunara enter a Transcendent State for 15 seconds, during which each her basic abilities are empowered with the following effects:

  1. Cultivation of Spirit: Automatically grants the active at no cost.
  2. Arc of Judment: Upgrade into the Atc of Ruin, which has no cost and it will remaining cooldown reduced by 80% upon both the entering and exiting the state.
  3. Kanmei Steps: Upgraded into the Untouchable Shadow, it has no cost ad it will also cooldown reset upon both entering and exiting the state.

Passive:Skaarl, Cowardly Lizard

  1. Remount HP now instant and do not have to wait for the animation
  2. Kled gains 1% of the bonus HP as armor and MR, increased by 20% 
  3. Courage gained from minion last hits: 4 to 5
  4. Courage gained from takedowns within 3 seconds of damaging an enemy: Removed
  5. Dismounted Kled auto attack damage against champions: 80% to 85-100%
  6. Dismounted MS penalty: 60 to 40
  7. Dismounted MS gained toward enemy champs: 100-185 to 70-155
  8. Dismounted speed boost range: 1000 units to1200 units
  9. Skaarl HP: 400-1550 linear scaling to 400-1400 with stat progression multiplier
  10. Skaarl health gained on remount: 45-75% to 40-70%

Q:Pocket Pistol

  • Ammo charge time: 20-7.5 seconds to 18-10 seconds (reduced by Q rank scaling)
  • Damage per pellet: +80% bonus AD to +65% bonus AD

Q-Mounted: Bear Trap on Rope

  • Initial hit bonus AD scaling: 65% to 60%
  • No longer applies Grievous Wounds on pull
  • Pull timer is now exact
  • Slow: 40-60% to 30-50%
  • Slow duration: 1.5 seconds to 2.5 seconds
  • Now calculates damage on pull rather than while tethered

W:Violent Tendencies

  • Cooldown: 11-5 seconds to 13-9 seconds
  • Attacking enemies while this ability is on cooldown will decrease the remaining cooldown
    • 1.5 seconds on champions, 0.5 on anything else
  • Damage: 20-60 to 20-60
  • W is no longer started when hitting wards

E:Jousting

  • AD scaling: 65% bonus AD to 55% bonus AD
  • Now has a HUD tracker that indicates how long you have to recast
  • Now has a range indicator on E2

R:Chaaarge

  • Minimum damage: 4-6% max HP 4% per 100 bonus AD max HP damage to 4-8% max HP 3% per 100 bonus AD max HP damage
  • Max damage: 12-18% max HP +12% per 100 bonus AD max HP damage to 12-24% max HP 9% per 100 bonus AD max HP damage
