Gen 4 was introduced three legendary creatures to the Pokemon franchise: Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf. The there are known as the Lake Guardians and are pure Psychic type creatures which has knowledge, emotion and also willpower respectively.
Best Moveset for PVP
Pokemon Go players should equip Uxie, Mesprit or Azelf with Confusion as the Fast Move and Swift as the Charged Move.
The three of them have the most moves pool, the combination is effective for all of them.
The two fast moves they have, confusion is the best, as it deals with more damage than Extrasensory. To get charged move, Swift is extremely cheap, which it can force the opponent to sacrifice their shields and expose them.
Now for the secondary charge Move, each Legendary need to use the unique move to expand the coverage: Uxie-Thunder, Mesprit-Blizzard, and Azelf Fire Blast.
Best Moveset for Raids
The Lake Guardians best Moveset for Raids consists of Confusion as the Fast Move and Future Sight as the Charged Move, for around 9.56 DPS and a total damage output of 219.37.
They are all pure Psychic-type creatures, they should all go to Raid battles boasting a single Psychic-type moveset to benefit from STAB.
