Schedule 1 will not go out of Early Access Very Soon.

Schedule 1 Sole developer has suggested that the full release of the game is still years out, and he has teased the new content additions which will be added soon to keep his fans happy.

The success of Schedule 1 was felt like a breath of fresh air to many. Well, in the era of triple-A titles dominated by the Steam Charts, as the indie game managed to amass a massive player Count and has become one of the best played games, well still it is still in early access. 

There are many content to dive into already, where there are looking into making drugs that the turn customers into zombies, and them making experience Anti-Gravity, many more who have grinded since the day one hve been curios as the game will over next.

Schedule 1 creator, Tyler, who has finally given fans more details regarding future content updates and spoke up about the full game will be released.

According to the Tyler, during the live stream on Twitch on April 24,2025, as the final release of the game which is two to three years away, he also mentioned that due to the frequent meetings of late, progress of the game development which has been slower than expected.

Which means the game wont be living early access anytime soon, as the given fact that he was solo developer and that there are many already many things planned to be added to the game.

They have already has given a glimpse of the several feature coming to the game from public Trello. On the stream some of the upcoming additions were explained even further.

Here are the content ideas planned for future updates:

  • Improved performance and Steam Deck release
  • New “purchasable” location
  • The first major update will be decided by the community, including cartel interactions, police raids, or a new drug.g
  • The new drug will be mushrooms
  • Extra lore
  • Map expansions
  • Employees will be able to do more, and their beds and lockers will take up less spa.ce
  • Filters will be added for storage units
  • Uncle Nelson will play a bigger role in the future
  • More vehicle customisations
  • More money for laundry properties

Tyler said he will be streaming again soon, just to show fans what they have been working on. He also said that there are planning to gradually hire more people to help him out, which also including the community manager, artist and also QA tester.
