Marvel Rivals Strategist is the Best DPS Hero you can Play.

Adam Warlock is the hero where players are clamoring about, and to be honest, not for good reasons. In game his ULT jas been known for being underpowered, he completely lacks mobility, and the feeling is on pretty long cooldown. He is also one of the best win rates in the game, mainly in high ranks, and it is considered as the hard carry one.

Marvel Rivals has been released just a few months back, and players have already learned about the game’s core system and how the heroes are fit into it, because of it, there are many changes in the meta of the game.

For example, there are heroes who are most underrated, like Scarlet Witch, Black Widow and Mister Fantastic, that give players a boost in higher ranks.

While looking at Adam Warlock, the story is on another level. Recently on social media players have been claiming that Adam Warlock needs a buff. His kit does not have enough to survive and he is easy to kill. But there are a few key tips that some players miss which make the difference between throwing them and carrying.

Is Adam Warlock useless?

Adam Warlock has a long cooldown time across the board, with no mobility or self peel, 250 health, which kind of makes him less appealing as a choice where you have to face Spider-Man who can bring him to swift death from the backline.

Looking at other heroes who play as a support, Adam Warlock lacks in survivability until he has got Soul Bond. This helps when he is combined with the conditional nature of the ultimate, which can be useful sometimes.

Most of the heroes who play as a backup have many game-changing moves, which give them an upper hand in serious situations, but when it comes to Adam Warlock, it might be said that he is not one of them.

Is Adam Warlock worth the choice?

Now let’s get on the positive side of Adam Warlock, he has the highest burst healing in this game, while his Soul Bond also has complete negate ultimates if it is used properly. People get surprised when people use Adam Warlock and dominate the game while most of them die, the main reason comes from his heal and Bond.

The cooldowns are long, which means using them regularly can get you killed, if you master the proper use of them at the right time, this will make Adam the best backliner, which is kind of hard to kill. Just to be precious, Scarlet Witch ult or the Human Torch/Storm combo too can’t wipe the team that is the Soul Bond.

Is Adam Warlock worth the choice?

Spamming Adam Warlock heal as soon as teammates get low, it will heal bounces twice as it heals for 95 for each proc on allies, which kind of allows him to quickly restore an ally to full HP.

The main game is to use the healing ability at the right time, using it often might get you in trouble, holding down the heal until it is the right time can change the game for you as well as for your teammates.

The other things which make Adam stand out are the amount of damage it does. This is also the reason why it has the highest win rates in comp, that is what the RivalsMeta says.  People who know how to use Adam Warlock’s ability have always been on the winning side.

Let’s look at the stats, a fully charged right click shoots 5 projectiles which will do 38 damage, while his primary fires will do 60. If it lands all 5 charges and one body shot, which will take down 250 HP of the target. Not just this, if you manage to take a headshot, it will give damage of 310 total. As we can say it has the most damage, then most of the DPS in the game.

Let’s hope Marvel Rivals do not buff him more, if they did Adam Warlock will be undefeated and could bring change in the current meta. The catch is that many players don’t know how to use the full potential of Adam Warlock, people who have understood his ability have always been at an advantage.
