Challenges with Mechanics and Archetypes
The main change they made was in EvoSwing, which breaks the swing down into contact, transition, rhythm, and path. In this game, you will be rewarded accordingly, which depends on the fluid in the swing.
If you are able to pull the signature club twirl, it would be satisfying to look. Not just this, you also get the progression system and MyPlayer archetype. The short game and laying up the great benefit you to become a real hunter. Lastly, the skill tree improves the shots to a nice touch.
The EvoTools and Club Fittings are top-notch. If you grind from 65 OVR to the upper 80, it will feel rewarding, and actually, you can tell the difference once you reach the levels.
MyCareer has NBA 2K vibes.
The new improvement in the PGA 2K25 Tour is the MyCareer mode; the player who has a long time spent in the NBA 2K series will be happy about this. There is no Orange Juice storyline; here you have to fulfill sponsorship obligations, which take in interviews and create unique personalities.
In this mode, you can shape your character and choose rivals, which creates a lot of fun moments when you are in tournament play. The commentators will note the match, and you will have a nice post around the stats.
There is a dynamic round, which helps in breeze things if you do not have time to sit down and play around. It is a good addition for the players who play casually, where we can plug into fun scenarios with holes to dig ourselves.
Designing Courses in PGA Tour 2K25
The design has always been one of the major points when it comes to the 2K PGA Tour series. There have been many tools before that allow you to drum up some creations. While this designer will have some of the best courses on the PGA Tour that are replicated, it would have been good if additional licenses were coming from North America.
PGA Tour 2K25 has official courses on board, as well as the US one, The Open, and the 2025 PGA Championship. These are taking place at Oakmont Country Club, Royal Portrush, and Quali Hollow Club.
