Veteran Call of Duty players were disappointed when Season 2 Reloaded was released for only Black Ops 6 and did not add the iconic mode to the core playlist.
Recently the mid-season update was launched for Black Ops 6 and Warzone on February 21, which introduced the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle crossover, new maps, and some weapons nerfs and buffs.
The absence of the Hardcore mode among the eight core playlists made many old players staples for many years, which was frustrating for players.
Have Hardcore Players been Ignored Again?
In a post on Reddit, a player posted by saying Hardcore is being ignored again, and they were quite excited to play the Harcore mode.
Looking at all the new modes and playlists that are exclusive to the core, it is kind of ridiculous how much content is missed by only playing the hardcore they mentioned just before they stopped it. The new Season Reloaded update has come out, and it is bringing a pot of luck where players are able to play new maps.
People started commenting by saying they needed to make an option where Hardcore load is default, which was like in the old COD.
Others also agreed by saying it looks good that new things are coming, but it would be nice if HC was also included.

After all this, there was one player who said he was a hardcore-only player and he had been playing the game since MW2. There was only 10% of the total players who played hardcore. The other modes, like Gunfights and Hand Headquarters, have a small player base, and the connection queue is very long.
Looking at all the comments, there was one addition that was praised in Season 2 Reloaded, which was the bullet map in Black Ops 6. There were some initial concerns from the community, but many players have embraced it as the coolest map in COD history.
